Deliveries

Standard delivery is free. I primarily use Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery so please allow 2-4 working dates from dispatch of your item. Any other delivery service will be an additional cost; please contact me for more details.

I always obtain proof of postage for all items - some items may also sent Tracked or Signed For. Proof of postage is kept for 14 days. It will be assumed you have received your item and are happy with it unless you have contacted me within 14 days,

Returns & Cancellations

I gladly accept returns and cancellations:

• Please request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.
• Due to the individual nature of most items, I don't accept exchanges but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return

• Please contact me within 14 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
• Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Please send items back within 30 days of delivery.
• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Gift Wrapping

Most jewellery items are wrapped in tissue paper and come in a cloth or organza bag ready for gifting.

If you require something specific, please contact me before making your purchase and I will try and help - this includes sending the item to a different address or including a special message. You can also use the 'Order Special Instructions' box at check-out.
